EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING AND ANY WARRANTY CONTAINED IN YOUR ORGANIZATION’S CUSTOMER AGREEMENT WITH I Got Maids, IF ANY, YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NEITHER I Got Maids NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH I Got Maids MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, I Got Maid FOR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER I Got Maids NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH I Got Maids REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, THE SERVICE, OR ANY ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS YOUR PARTICULAR EXPECTATIONS, ESPECIALLY CONCERNING DATA SECURITY.

I Got Maids DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ESPECIALLY REGARDING DATA PRIVACY.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CAN NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN YOUR ORGANIZATION’S CUSTOMER AGREEMENT WITH I Got Maids IF ANY, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL I Got Maids, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ESPECIALLY CONCERNING BREACHES OF DATA PRIVACY.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless I Got Maids (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors) from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or relating to your breach of this Privacy Policy, including, your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Site or the Service other than as expressly authorized by I Got Maids, especially concerning data privacy.
